Mental Health Awareness Summit meetings will resume in April after everyone returns from Spring Break. In the meantime, NAMI has scholarships available to high school clubs with a stigma-reduction mission! Fill out the form attached (on the computer or by hand) and email it back to see if your club can qualify for some extra funding. The scholarships can go towards club projects or activities, supplies, snacks, events, or anything else that helps you meet the goal of reducing stigma and making your school a more inclusive place!

Mental health is a really important subject, especially for those who are having a hard time. In today's society, it is really hard to be happy. Everyone seems to be better than you, everyone seems to be a lot more popular that you, and do not even mention the fact that the world has become really competitive. Today, even being able to live happily is a struggle. Depression is something that many of us constantly battle in our day to day lives.

I’m impressed, I must say. Really rarely do I encounter a blog that’s both educative and let me tell you, you have hit the nail on the head. The issue is something that not enough people are speaking intelligently about. I am very happy that I stumbled across this in my search for something relating to this.

Aw, this was a really nice post. In idea I would like to put in writing like this additionally? Taking time and actual effort to make a very good article? But what can I say? I procrastinate a lot and by no means seem to get something done.
