We have created a space for teens to discuss and take action to change attitudes - not just about mental health, but also about urgent problems such as bullying, suicide, substance abuse, discrimination, eating disorders, depression, and self-harm.

Our hope is to provide a safe place for young adults to redefine how we approach mental health. We want to create a brighter future, one with more compassion and understanding towards one another.  Together we can fight stigma and make a change.
