Thank you to everyone who came to our last meeting- we had a great discussion about the impact of mental illness with our guests from NAMI Ending The Silence. Please join us for the next meeting!
This February, we will spread our love and support by bringing back the Positive Postcards activity. Instead of making Valentine's Day cards for friends and loved ones, we will create unique postcards to show our support for people experiencing a mental health crisis. When people are hospitalized for a mental health condition, they rarely receive cards or offers of support, so your handmade cards can make a huge difference.  All cards we create will be delivered to the patients at the Behavioral Health Unit. 
New and returning students welcome and snacks will be served :)

Projects like Positive Postcards is a powerful way to express your support for individuals in crisis. Similar initiatives are taking place in other cities as well.
